Cintesa Terms of Service
Version 2026-07-site-ingestion · Updated 2026-07-12
Acceptance
By creating a Cintesa account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you use Cintesa on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Site ingestion and data sources
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to ingest, crawl, store, and use any website, file, or other data source you submit to Cintesa. This includes respecting copyright, database rights, website terms, robots.txt directives, and applicable data privacy and data-protection laws. Cintesa does not verify domain ownership before ingestion. Website URL ingestion (single-page and full-site) requires an explicit confirmation in the product UI. Cintesa is not liable for ingestion of content you were not authorized to collect or process.
Crawler identity and site-owner controls
Site ingestion identifies itself as Cintesa-Ingestion (see https://cintesa.run/bot). Site owners may block this agent via robots.txt or server rules. If a target site blocks the crawler, ingestion may fail; that is expected and preferred over circumventing site protections.
Your content and projects
You retain rights to content you upload or configure. You grant Cintesa a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service for your projects.
Acceptable use
You may not use Cintesa to violate law, infringe others' rights, scrape content you are not authorized to access, attack or overload third-party systems, or attempt to bypass security or anti-bot protections.
Service availability
Cintesa is provided on an as-available basis. Features, quotas, and plans may change. We may suspend access for abuse, unpaid invoices, or security risk.

For terms questions, contact the Cintesa operator through your account support channel.
